NMA motorcycle clubs are great sources of information, friendship and fun. Since they have a regional focus, these clubs often have in-depth knowledge about riding areas and other local issues. Many contribute hundreds of hours, annually, in volunteer trail work on that keeps public land open for all of us to ride. They're an integral part of the NMA organization.

Is your club or organziation interested in becoming a NMA Charter Club? If so please note that a Charter Club is defined in the NMA bylaws as follows:
4-02.4 A Chartered Club is an organization of at least five (5) individuals who meet the following conditions:
a. Association club dues are paid in full for the current year.
b. Conduct is becoming of the Association and off-highway motorcycling as provided herein.
c. Incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in Washington State.
d. Purpose includes promoting and preserving off-highway motorcycling.
e. Officers (President, Secretary, and Treasurer) are NMA members.
If your organziation does not meet the above criteria you can petition the NMA Board for an exception.

Don't worry about what time of year it is. NMA memberships expire at the end of your membership term - on the anniversary date. For example, if you're paying for a membership in July your renewal will come due in July the following year.
